Native Sun Collection was born from the idea that people are happiest when they can more clearly focus on the experiences of everyday life. With my decision to own fewer things came the realization that the things I choose to own should be both extremely well made and a source of personal joy. That is what Native Sun Collection strives to offer, simple, beautiful, well crafted items that will bring joy for many years.

The Diggingest Girl
Emily Howard is the printmaker/illustrator behind The Diggingest Girl, living & working in Northern Kentucky. Inspired by folk tales, great literature & stories of all kinds, she creates narrative images rooted in nature. Emily carves her illustrations and designs into wood and linoleum blocks to make relief prints that she will often collage and hand-paint for added textural interest. In addition to fine art prints on paper, Emily makes block-printed banners, silk screened pennants, hand-drawn magnets and other printed goodies.
