The Bloomington Entertainment and Arts District, a.k.a. BEAD, is made up of galleries, shops, restaurants, hotels, live music, performing arts, and parks in 10 distinct districts that all make the downtown area unique. As a project of the City of Bloomington and an official Indiana Cultural District, BEAD brings businesses and creatives together to promote development, community, commerce, and culture. You can take a walk on the B-line Trail, grab a bite on Restaurant Row, see a play in the Show District, check out a new artist at one of the many galleries, and so much more on one of the 60 blocks that make up BEAD.
