The Green Nursery has been a long-time supporter of the handmade movement from its humble beginnings in a home just off 4th Street in downtown Bloomington. Family owned by Scott and Abby Noroozi, TGN is now located in a vibrant modern location on East Hillside, just down from Feast Bakery and Mira Salon. The store is brilliant with color and punch and you can't help but smile when you open the door. One half of the space is filled with natural (mostly wooden) toys and a play space for classes, performances, and just an all around lounge and play area for your wee ones. The other half features a wide selection of cloth diapers, baby carriers, natural and organic clothing and laundry detergents and the best accessories you could ask for (super hero capes from a local Super Hero and the ever-popular "chewbeads"!) TGN also sells handmade felt masks from Opposite of Far and is the exclusive retailer of Conduit Press's line of baby books.
